Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Secuwithlove platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our legal disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Secuwithlove provides a security portal with passive threat intelligence, OSINT-based hunting, agentless vulnerability assessments, CIS-aligned hardening baselines, alert monitoring and related reports. Assessments are non-intrusive; they are not a manual penetration test and do not certify conformity with any standard or framework.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. Accounts are personal to your organisation and may not be shared in a way that circumvents per-seat or per-plan limits.

You may only submit domains, IP addresses, hosts or assets that you own or are explicitly and documentedly authorised to assess. Port scans require a signed scan authorisation. Any use against systems you do not own or are not authorised to test is strictly prohibited and is your sole legal responsibility. We may refuse or terminate scans that fail ownership or authorisation verification.

Paid plans and add-ons are billed through PayPal unless stated otherwise. Where a free trial is offered, its duration and conditions are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to: probe, scan or test the platform itself; interfere with or disrupt the service; access other customers' data; resell or redistribute outputs without a written agreement; or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The platform, its software, reports, playbooks and content are protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of the data you submit and receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the outputs of scans run on your own authorised assets.

The platform and its outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. Results derive from public and third-party data sources that may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. A clean result never means a system is secure. See the full legal disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secuwithlove shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit or business interruption, arising from use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secuwithlove against claims, damages and costs arising from your unauthorised scanning, your breach of these terms, or data you submit concerning third parties without a valid legal basis.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required for security or legal reasons. On termination, the retention rules of our Privacy Policy apply.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Lausanne, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may grant you the courts of your residence.

These terms may be updated at any time; material changes will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
