What happens after you write to us

Every message sent through this form or to contact@securitywithlove.com is read by a member of our team in Lausanne — not by a bot and not by an outsourced call centre. We aim to answer within one business day, and usually much faster during Swiss working hours. If your question is technical, it goes directly to an engineer who works on the platform, so you get a precise answer instead of a scripted reply.

You do not need an account to contact us, and you do not need to be a customer. We are happy to answer questions from small businesses that are still comparing options, from IT providers evaluating us for their clients, and from journalists or researchers working on cybersecurity topics.

What to include in your message

A few details help us help you faster. If you are asking about our services, tell us roughly how many people work in your organisation, whether you have an internal IT person or provider, and what prompted your enquiry — a new compliance requirement, a recent incident, an insurer's questionnaire, or simply the feeling that you should be doing more. There is no wrong reason to reach out.

If you are an existing customer with a technical issue, include the email address of your account and a short description of what you expected to happen versus what you saw. Screenshots are welcome. Please never send us passwords, full credit card numbers, or other people's personal data — we will never ask for them by email, and neither will anyone legitimately acting on our behalf.

Privacy and data-protection requests

Under the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Send your request to contact@securitywithlove.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will process it within the legal timeframes. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request — for example by replying from the email address registered on your account.

You can also use this address to report a security vulnerability in our own platform. We treat responsible disclosure seriously: describe what you found, how to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before any public disclosure. We will acknowledge your report, keep you informed, and never take legal action against good-faith security research.

Urgent security incidents

If you are a customer and believe you are experiencing an active security incident — a ransomware note, a compromised account, suspicious wire-transfer instructions — say so clearly in the first line of your message. Mark it "URGENT" and include a phone number where we can reach you. Active incidents are prioritised over routine enquiries.

While you wait for our reply, a few safe first steps: disconnect affected machines from the network rather than switching them off, do not pay any ransom before speaking with a professional, preserve logs and emails as evidence, and change passwords from a device you trust. If the incident involves a crime, you can also report it to the Swiss National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and your local police.

Who we are

Security With Love Sàrl is a Swiss cybersecurity company based at Avenue de la Gare 12, 1003 Lausanne. We provide professional security audits, managed detection and vulnerability management for small and medium-sized businesses — despite the playful name, this is a professional security platform, not a dating service.
